After receiving and registering the cargo in the warehouse, the company organizes the transportation of the cargo.

The duration of cargo transportation from the time it is received in the warehouse to the arrival of the RA is done according to the schedule. The delivery times announced by us are tentative and subject to change due to seasonal load or other factors. Partial or full compensation for their breach will be provided by Aladdin Express only at its sole discretion due to the reasons for the delay.

The price of the service provided by Aladdin Express is determined based on the maximum of the actual and volumetric weights of the cargo. If the volumetric weight of the cargo exceeds twice the actual weight, then the calculation is carried out by the volumetric weight and a discount of 30% is provided.

For legal entities, individual price tariffs may be issued.

Payment for the service is made:

  • Online from the customer's personal page on the Aladdin Express website
  • Bank transfer for legal entities
  • By transfer to Idram account

Air express delivery option (RF-HK):

  • Price: AMD 2000/kg (minimum weight: 2 kg)
  • Duration: 2-4 working days + duration of ground delivery from Moscow (to Moscow) to another city

Air economy delivery option (HK-RD):

  • Price: 1200 AMD/kg (Moscow), 1400 AMD/kg (other cities) (minimum weight: 10 kg)
  • Duration: 5-10 working days + duration of ground delivery from Moscow (to Moscow) to another city

Land standard version (RF-HK)

  • Price: 1000 AMD/kg (Moscow), 1200 AMD/kg (other cities) (minimum weight: 4 kg).
  • Duration: 4-8 working days + duration of ground delivery from Moscow (to Moscow) to another city.

Deliveries are made to the warehouse or to the address.

Delivery to specified address or warehouse

There is a delivery and storage service to the address in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Armenia.

  • The cost of delivery in the territory of Yerevan is 1000 AMD for up to 30 kg, 3000 AMD for 31-100 kg, and 5000 AMD for cargo weighing 101 kg and more. In Gyumri, it is 2000 AMD for up to 30 kg, 5000 AMD for 31-100 kg, 10000 AMD for cargo weighing 101 kg and more.
  • Delivery prices in other cities of RA are different, depending on the type of cargo, weight and place of delivery.
  • The cost of delivery in the territory of Moscow is 5000 drams, the cost of delivery in other cities outside Moscow is 10000 drams.
  • The cost of delivery to the apartment is free for cargo weighing up to 30 kg, for cargo weighing more than 30 kg it is 50 drams (10 руб.)/kg.
  • The cost of delivery (cargo pick-up) from "Садовод" shopping center is AMD 3,000, the cost of delivery (cargo pick-up) from other orders or terminals in Moscow is AMD 10,000.

Storage service in Moscow and RA is free. In case of sending to warehouses in other cities outside of Moscow, there is a storage fee, the cost is AMD 5,000.
